Lamb Stew with Orange

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound lamb cubes (lean, from leg and shoulder)
1/4 teaspoon salt
Pinch ground black pepper
1 medium onion, diced
2 large cloves garlic, minced
3 oz tofu, or 2 oz firm tofu, chopped to small cubes, 1 cups of fresh raw spinach chopped to small pieces, spiced with squeezed lime juice or raw apple vinegar, raw honey, and soy sauce. You may also spice the salad with hot bean sauce or chili pepper.

6 oz. salmon steak
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preheat grill or broiler to medium. Rinse and pat dry salmon; season with black pepper. Grill or broil for 4-5 minutes per side until firm and no longer translucent. Serve.
Approximately 270 calories.
One big ripe organic mango, peeled, pitted and cut into about 1 inch cube
1/3 lb cooked shrimp, get rid of the tail and halve
½ cup of organic cherry tomatoes
1 avocado, peeled, pitted and cut into 1 inch cube
one bunch of fresh cilantro, chopped finely
2 tablespoon of fresh lemon/lime juice
Mix mango cubes, shrimp, cherry tomatoes and finely chopped cilantro together with a teaspoon extra virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoon lemon/lime juice, then add in the avocado cubes, a sprinkle of cayenne pepper powder, and salt to taste.
Jelly Fish Salad: 1 oz Nishimoto Salted Jelly Fish (soak salt out), 1 cup chopped cellery or cucumber, dressed with squeezed lime juice or raw apple vinegar and tamari soy sauce.
