It can also include such things as getting appropriate exposure to the sun, getting proper rest, eating natural and organic foods, using natural cures, and balancing the mind-body-spirit connection. In short, it means continually surrounding yourself with the right environment for optimum health and well being.

MyYogaOnline.com is a good site for learning Yoga if you don't want to join a class, or if a class is not available locally.  Here is an example of a free video.

This is a website about the worlds healthiest food, by George Mateljan Foundation, a non-profit foundation whose purpose is to provide unbiased scientific information about nutrient-rich foods and recipes.  It is a good reference site.
