Jelly Fish Salad: 1 oz Nishimoto Salted Jelly Fish (soak salt out), 1 cup chopped cellery or cucumber, dressed with squeezed lime juice or raw apple vinegar and tamari soy sauce.

I will sprinkle a bit roasted seasame seeds on top.
For a beautiful color combination, add in 1/2 cup of shredded red bell pepper. Then, i da da ki ma si!:)
