3 oz tofu, or 2 oz firm tofu, chopped to small cubes, 1 cups of fresh raw spinach chopped to small pieces, spiced with squeezed lime juice or raw apple vinegar, raw honey, and soy sauce. You may also spice the salad with hot bean sauce or chili pepper.
