We often get confused about the hundreds of dietary supplement pills. It easily adds up to hundreds of pills a day. How many should we take each day, 10, 100, 1000 capsules?
 
Scientists and Researchers have been discovering nutrients which are having beneficial effects on aging and diseases, only later rediscovering the side effects. Examples are many, e.g., vitamin E, vitamin D, etc.
 
The renowned nutritional scientist Colin Campbell, in his best selling book, The China Study, said, "Nutrition represents the combined activities of countless food substances. The whole is greater than the sum of its parts." Nature knows how to combine tens of hundreds of nutrients.
