There are never ending new studies that confuse people about the pros and cons of hormone replacement therapy.
The problem is not if HRT is effective, but rather how it is done.
The truth is,
1. If your hormone balance (the ratios among critical hormones) is out compared with when you were healthy and young (18-22), you get diseases.
2. If your hormone level is dramatically down or up compared with when you were young and healthy (18-22), you get older.
3. Your optimal level and balance are the exact numbers when you were young and healthy (18-22).
4. Your optimal level and balance have generally no relationship with the medically declared "normal" specs because the "normal" range is way too big. Within that big range, you have plenty of chances to be out of balance and out of quantity from your own optimal level.
5. Most HRTs do not know where to set the level and balance, causing diseases.
6. When study is done, it draws conclusion that HRT has this and that side effect. However, it measures the way HRT is done wrong!
