Many goes to gym to buff up the muscles especially around the middle sections so as to look younger. Yet, even the hardest training ones show big bulges of muscles everywhere around the body, only to supplement with pockets of fat. You can easily tell that's a middle age trained body! But have you ever thought about young people in their late teens? Why can they keep a small waist (boys) or hip (girls) without hard muscle training in the gym? To keep a young smooth body, you must have i) a young hormone balance resembling that of your 18-22 years old, and ii) keep your weight at that of your 18-22 so that you don't have more extra fat than genetically best.

how about burning calories?
But isn't that gym training help burn calories which also consume fat?
Not an effective way!
First, if you run 10 mins at a pretty good speed of 10mph (or 6 mins per mile), you burn approximately 150 calories which equals to that of a 1-cup French fries! Just think about how much exercise we have to do to make up the goodies we are so craved to eat everyday.
Second, usually after a good exercise, people tend to eat more calories, especially the high GI simple carbs which boost energy fast. There are energy drinks, energy bars, sugar bars, chocolate, etc. which can easily more than compensate the calories burned.
Therefore, exercise for burning fat is not an effective way. That's why the purpose of YBM Exercise is for cardiovascular, flexibility, and resistance trainings.
