There was a refreshing, energizing breeze. It was our second day at the mystic and sacred Ching Cheng Moun-tain, the birthplace of Taoism in Shezhuan Province, on our annual trip to China seeking the truth about longev-ity. A charming lady who looked to be in her 60’s was tak-ing a rest in front of us. “Hello, my friends,” she said.
