Fasting is a very difficult way to lose weight for long-term success.  Your body's natural response to fasting is to put back on more weight than it had before, just in case it's starved again.  I wouldn't recommend continuing this method.  I would recommend hiring a registered dietician to work with you.  Or you might choose one of the commercially available diet programs you feel would best fit your lifestyle for long-term success.  Take a look at my article Choosing the right diet to get started.  Best of luck.  Drop me a line if you need more help.
