Ladies, what you really need

Ladies, what you really need (what is wrong with common sense?) is a good night's sleep. That does NOT mean 8 or so consecutive hours. It means being able to fall asleep readily after you had to get up. Coffee is a highly addictive drug and you are undermining your bodies natural ability to shut down whenever you get a chance.
