Definition of DISTRIBUTOR DISCOUNT
The following volume discount is applied to purchase from a DISTIRBUTOR for the above listed PRODUCTS (effective as of 6/1/08):
Level 1. 30% for each purchase within ($200, $500]
Level 2. 40% for each purchase within ($500, $1500]
Level 3. 50% for each purchase within ($1500, $3000]
Level 4. 55% for each purchase > $3000
Definition of GEOGRAPHY areas:
Greater China, including mainland China, Taiwan, HK
