Philosophy Jeff Yalden Life Coaching honors the client as the expert in his or her own life and believes that everyone is creative, resourceful, and whole. Jeff's main responsibility, then, is to:

Standards of Conduct As a professional Life Coach and motivational speaker, I, Jeff Yalden, observe the following Standards of Conduct.

• 1. I conduct myself in a manner that reflects positively on coaching as a profession, and I refrain from doing anything that might harm the integrity of my position.
• 2. I accurately identify my competence and do not overstate my qualifications, expertise, or experience.
• 3. At the beginning of each relationship, I make sure that clients clearly understand the terms of our coaching agreement.
• 4. I do not claim or imply outcomes that I cannot guarantee.
• 5. I respect the client's privacy and do not share information unless authorized by client or required by law.
• 6. I obtain permission from clients before releasing their names as references.
• 7. I recognize when a client is no longer benefiting from our relationship and might be better served elsewhere. At that time, I recommend the change.
• 8. I disclose to my client any compensation that I receive from third parties for referrals, etc.
• 9. I honor all Terms of Agreement to the letter.
• 10. I do not give clients information or advice that is confidential, misleading, or outside the scope of my expertise.
• 11. I respect copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights, and I comply with all applicable laws.
• 12. I coach in a manner compatible with the Definition of Coaching and Pledge of Ethics.
