Dear YBMers,
Congratulations on your first week of YBM Diet. I hope you feel cleaner, more energetic, healthier, and of course, lose a few pounds.

Now it's the weekend days. In YBM Diet, we allow two free days a week. So eat whatever you crave for during the next 2 days. This enables you to get back to clean meal the following week, and continue to both enjoy what you crave to eat, and be on the healthiest diet for life.

Please follow the following rules:
1. If you eat a large "not so healthy" meal, skip 1-2 meals before or after so you keep less caloric intake, and give your body a chance to self clean.
2. Take digestive enzymes for every meal which is on YBM Foods.
