I noticed you did not mention bread in the dinner menu. Should I add some? If so, what kind?

Acturally we have substituted bread with sweat potato, or raw corn, chia seeds, wheat germ, etc. these are much better carb sources because they are more nutrient rich and more complex carbs. The problem of bread and rice is that they have to be cooked fully. The cooking process breaks down the carb structure, making it more similar to simple sugar.
Please in the 5 week days, strictly follow the YBM Diet. You'll have your chance to eat what you crave on
Saturday and Sunday.
