Have you seen thin people with a belly? As one age, there's a gradual fat redistribution, some areas such as face, neck, arm, hands, lower legs lose fat, while others such as belly (both visceral and subcutaneous), hip, upper legs, beasts gain fat. It is as though nature makes you ugly after you become useless from the aspect of re-productivity.
The worst of this redistribution, not mentioning about the beauty side of it, is the growth of visceral fat, for it is the main cause of many degenerative diseases.

Many goes to gym to buff up the muscles especially around the middle sections so as to look younger. Yet, even the hardest training ones show big bulges of muscles everywhere around the body, only to supplement with pockets of fat. You can easily tell that's a middle age trained body!

Sun is the biggest source of skin aging. Sunscreen is good but never be a full protection -- don't trust it. If you want your skin on the face to be young forever, simply don't expose to sun. That is not to say not to be active. Wear a hat, or go out in the morning and late afternoon and evening, etc.
