I was listening to radio - an interview with Professor Ronald Mallett on time machines. He was talking about the amazing possibility to travel back in time. When Einstein discovered his special relativity theory, it proves that we can travel to the future, but not to the past because no speed is higher than that of light. But his theory was challenged: Suppose the sun one day were destroyed. Sunlight travels to the earth in about 12 minutes. So for 12 minutes we won't be able to know the sun has disappeared. However, the sun's gravity suddenly disappeared, so the earth would go down somewhere pretty fast. Therefore, gravity is faster than the speed of light?

A new study shows happiness is genetic. Like anything else, scientists and the popular press try to blame on genes, obesity, cancer, depression, diabetes, heart diseases....

However, a crucial fact people forget is that genes need to be expressed to work. Not all the genes in our bodies are expressed. The expression of genes is almost entirely influenced by how we live, i.e., our life style!

You may carry unhealthy genes, by the way who don't have one or two? But don't blame on them. You can control your lifestyle so that the genes don't get expressed!

Therefore, no excuses! Practise YBM Life!

I had some really urgent work to complete. I planned to do it during my 13 hour trans-pacific flight. At the airport lounge in San Francisco, I made sure to charge my computer while working on the project. Only 30mins on the airplane, my computer just died - no battery left! It was apparent that the airport power outlet was not working, maybe not only it did not feed power, but in fact pulled power out of my computer. So now I have 11 hours to kill, and the unfinished work inside my dead computer! How inefficient it is! If this happened in the past, I'd be mad like crazy. But now, I'm much more at peace of life. I thought, it's just the fate. Maybe I am destined to relaxed on the plane, and work on the project when I arrive. So I was able to sail through this stress and frustration free!

I tried this chi machine. I am convinced it is a good product. For those who don't have time to do meditation, this machine would get your chi and blood flow in just 10-15minutes.

-------------------------------------

"One of the wonderful benefits of The Chi Machine® is that it allows the body to work effortlessly with its own natural frequencies. The 144 cycles per minute (oscillations), is both a multiple of the average pulse rate (72) and the cerebrospinal pump rhythm (12). Each person's body is influenced by the sum total of all the physical, emotional, mental and chemical forces that it is exposed to, and its ability to respond effectively to those forces."
- Dr. Jan Kirschner D.C.

"A session on the Chi Machine is usually 15 minutes in duration except during an acclimation period of several days during which the session length is gradually increased from a starting point of 3-5 minutes. During each session, your blood is oxygenated and you receive other benefits as described in the next section. When the session is over, the motion of the footrest ceases and there is an almost instantaneous movement of Chi from your feet to your head and then to your arms and hands. The feeling, described as a "strong tingling, suffusing the entire body" is quite exhilarating and lasts several minutes. With most users, the Chi flow is felt even at the end of the very first session of only 3-5 minutes -- which makes it a very easy device to demonstrate!"

not to be judgemental about how others believe and others' lifestyle will reduce you own stress because when you place judgement to others, it usually brings negative energy to yourselves. the good karma also helps reduce judgement of others towards you, because the worldly people like retaliation.

so the saying is, "don't be judgemental, and therefore, be judged." that's an ying yang principle.
