Modern food producing industries, along with government regulatory agencies, teach people to be so much afraid of bacteria naturally all over around us. They made sure all foods we eat are highly processed through pasteurization, only only for dairy products, but also for fruit juice, vegetable juice, etc. A good example is the recent California policy on raw milk .

I have seen so many "expert" advices on increasing metabolism to be more "healthy", e.g., 7 way to boost your metabolism. In these articles, they warn that if caloric intake is dropped consistently to below 1000 a day, the body will be signaled a starvation state.

You may be confused by studies and authorities who either prove the benefit of tofu or soybean products, or advise against them.
It basically boils down to a phytoestrogen, or estrogen-like compounds in soy known as isoflavones. It's estrogen-like in the sense that it occupies estrogen receptors, and has weak estrogen effect.
As man ages, the ratio between testosterone and estrogen reduces, leading to many degenerative changes. Similarly, woman after menopause tends to be estrogen dominant (i.e., out of balance between progesterone and estrogen), causing many issues such as cancer.

I think it is a must for YBMers to read this article, and reflect on it. It is not that simple a "healthy" food is healthy. It depends. For examples,- tuna fish is healthy, but not if you eat canned tuna such as in tuna salad or sandwich, or if you eat toegther with bread and high caloric dressings, or the ones contain heavy metals.

The article about early menstrual period leading to shorter lifespan is a very important one. It confirms the philosophy of PingLongevity (see chapter 8 of Asin Longevity Secrets), as well as YBM Life (see Caloric Restriction). The fundamental secret of staying young is to let your biological clock run slow, including delaying all major biological milestones, including menstrual period, menopause, andropause, etc. The only way to do it is through caloric restriction without malnutrition. YBM Diet, plus YBM Caloric Restriction is the most nutritionally efficient diet to achieve that.

I was reading the book Living on light based on a 21 day process (first 7 days no food or liquid, and the rest no food). There are people who live without food for 4 years with the process, because they could live on the subtle energies from the universe.
It is a way to get you to an extreme hardship of "near death", so that you'll focus completely to yourself internally to realize an awakening.
I had some really urgent work to complete. I planned to do it during my 13 hour trans-pacific flight. At the airport lounge in San Francisco, I made sure to charge my computer while working on the project. Only 30mins on the airplane, my computer just died - no battery left! It was apparent that the airport power outlet was not working, maybe not only it did not feed power, but in fact pulled power out of my computer.
