In YBM, we have introduced to our members in YBM Diet a few wonder seeds, flaxseed, wheatgerm, chia, quinoe, black sesame, as replacement to common starchy carbohydrates such as rice and wheat flours and their cooked products (steam rice, bread, etc.).
