1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preheat grill or broiler to medium. Rinse and pat dry salmon; season with black pepper. Grill or broil for 4-5 minutes per side until firm and no longer translucent. Serve.

I found this seeds better or at least as good as flexseeds. It can be eaten the same way as flex, but does not need grinding before eating raw. It has the highest omega 3 as any seeds. See this website for information.
