Dear YBMers, I hope everyone had a great holiday season last week during Thanksgiving. No, not a problem, don't be guilty about having eaten too much. It's holidays. As you do more YBM Diet, you'll automatically become more choosy in foods. Now let's get back to our weekly YBM Diet. Let's follow these daily meals for the week.

Thanksgiving is a time for feast! Be with the family, and have fun eating a lot. Here's some idea to keep you not gaining weight during the Thanksgiving "free days".

1. Eat everything, but take about a half of the quantity you usually have.
2. Take digestive enzymes with every meal.
3. Eat salad and lean turkey meat, without skin, gravy, rolls, muffins, potato, cheesecake, ice cream, etc.

Since some of you were not ready for the shopping last week. Let's repeat the Monday-Sunday plan last week - see the previous post. Let's discuss here if you have any comments or questions. Don't forget to submit your success stories!

Dear YBMers,
Congratulations on your first week of YBM Diet. I hope you feel cleaner, more energetic, healthier, and of course, lose a few pounds.

Now it's the weekend days. In YBM Diet, we allow two free days a week. So eat whatever you crave for during the next 2 days. This enables you to get back to clean meal the following week, and continue to both enjoy what you crave to eat, and be on the healthiest diet for life.

HOW MUCH TO EAT - target calories?
If you are overweight (more than 10% than your ideal weight at age 18-22), cut your calories by 50%. Otherwise, cut your calories by 30%. Of course we assume you are not under weight to participate in this group. For example, you are overweight, and your current caloric intake is 2800. Your target should be 50%x2400 = 1200.

WHAT TO EAT?
Below is today's recipes from YBM Diet's standard 1000 calories meal plan. You should adjust the meals up proportionally to your target calories. For example, if your target is 1200, then you should add 20% more onto the 1000 recipe (e.g. 1200/1000= 120%).

All,
Due to many of your requesting to wait for a few days so that you can get the shopping done, we'll delay the program start date for a week. The new date is 11/5/07. The first day plan will be sent out on Sunday, 11/4 so that you can start on Monday.
Have fun, shopping!
