I have tried many different fasting methods, but only to find myself gaining more weight back as soon as I stopped the protocol.  Now I'm really frustrated, ready to give up.  Anyone have any advice?

Fast may have converse effect

True way for loosing weight is not Fast.
You need regular exercise too.

Fasting is a very difficult
Fasting is a very difficult way to lose weight for long-term success.  Your body's natural response to fasting is to put back on more weight than it had before, just in case it's starved again.  I wouldn't recommend continuing this method.  I would recommend hiring a registered dietician to work with you.  Or you might choose one of the commercially available diet programs you feel would best fit your lifestyle for long-term success.  Take a look at my article Choosing the right diet to get started.  Best of luck.  Drop me a line if you need more help.
