| Everyday De-Stress Meditation |
| (choose one of the
following meditations) |
| |
| YBM
De-stress meditation |
1. Start in a sitting
position, or lotus position with Baihui (at the top of the head)
and Huiyin (mid-point between the anus and the penis or the vagina)
vertically aligned. Place feet flat on the ground. Rest both
hands on the lap, with left hand under right hand, or rest on the knees. |
| 10-30 minutes before bed time everyday. |
| |
2. Touch the upper
palate with the tongue. |
| |
3.
Breathe in and out very slowly about 1-4 times per minute. Start in the
lower belly, fill-ing up toward the lungs. |
| |
4. Focus internally at Dan
Tien (inside the navel). |
| |
5. Relax the whole body,
every muscle, tendon, ligament, bone. Listen to the breath going
in and out. Completely empty the mind—absolutely no thoughts, no form,
no imagination. Let the body dissolve into the universe. |

| YBM Compartmentalization Protocol |
| |
| Compartmentalize stress from relaxation |
1. Work and stressful tasks
are restricted to the WORKING SLOTS of time of the day. |
| 2.
No discussion, emails, phone calls, thoughts about work or stressful task in
LIESURE SLOTS (outside of WORKING SLOTS). |
| |
3. Make the SLOTS as
regularly fixed time as possible, so the body gets conditioned to the rhythm. |
| |
4. Work socials (such as
working dinner) are not part of LIESURE SLOTS. |
| |
5. Learn to engage in
activities which relax the mind rather than stress it (e.g., carefully chosen
movies, sports, social friends). |

| YBM State of Mind |

| The
YBM state of mind |
Without me, the earth
(world) will continue to turn. Everything is temporary, be it the
president, the billionaires, the movie stars! |
Read, understand, practice
daily. Apply it to as many things in
life as you can. |
| |
Success depends on both fate
and deeds! I'll try my best. But after that, it's up to the fate
that only God controls. I am content and happy, accepting my fate.
If it is not mine, no matter what I crave, it won't be mine. |
| |
I don't judge others because
each one has a destined role to play in this world, designed by his/her fate,
no matter the role is good or evil, beautiful or ugly, good or bad, great or
ordinary. Without the variety,
the world does not exist. |
| |
I don't have egos. I
am content to lay low. Low does not
have to be small. It can be vast, like
the ocean where all rivers converge!
That’s true leadership in life. |
| |
When
my spirit leaves my physical body, I cannot take fame, power, and money with
me. But I can be a higher developed
spirit than I first arrived at the world. |
| |
The
seven emotions, over joy, sadness, anger, over thoughtful, grief, fear, and
fright, cannot invade me. They are
simply manifestation of fateful events.
They are simply worldly. |
