Stress, anxiety, negative energy (such as anger) are among the major causes of illness and accelerated aging, proven by both modern and thousands years oriental medicine.

YBM Spirituality consists of several stage of spiritual development, making you a happier, healthier, younger person, and overall a higher spiritually developed being. It is not about religion, rather, it's a state of mind.

 

YBM SPIRITUALITY PROTOCOL

Step 1. Do De-Stress Meditation for 10-20 minutes before bed time everyday.

Step 2. Compartmentalize stressful work from relaxation. It is not possible in a real world to totally avoid stress because one has to make a living, deal with stressful situations, be refrained by rules, meet with hostile people, etc. But make sure to restrict the stress in a timeframe, and to relax in another everyday. Follow the Compartmentalization Rules .

Step 3. Read, understand, practise the YBM State of Mind.
