Nowadays you are told to avoid bacteria at all cost, namely eat sterile foods (pasteurized). This is a typical authoritative advice, asking you to take only pasteurized fruit juice, that you get all over the United States and other developed countries.
 
Don't you know that bacteria is around us everywhere, in our hands, mouth, inside the body, ... ? If we can eat raw fruits, why do we have to eat pasteurized fruit juice because the bacteria is so scary?
 
The key is not to get you sterile, but rather to get you a healthy immune system! When we are too much into sterile (pasteurized) food, we rid the digestive enzyme (live force) out of the food. However, study has indicated this as a major cause of aging and degenerative diseases. Learn more ....
 
By the way, if you see a bottle of fruit juice in the supermarket labeled 100% fruit juice, it's almost sure that the juice is pasteurized and from concentrates. The true reason is for longer shelf life, not longer and younger your life!
