Dear Friends,

Join us in this group to lose weight, increase energy, and become younger. We'll give you direction every day. Also, if you have questions or want to write about your experience, feel free to participate in discussions here.

Who should join? What's your goal and motivation?

1. If you are young, healthy, energetic, but want to stay at this young stage for as long as possible, or

2. If you are relatively healthy, but bothered by only a few things, such as allergy or lack of sleep, short of energy, or

3. If you are on the right track, working hard to stay healthy and slim, but believe you deserve a better weight control, more energy, etc., or

4. If you are in a long term battle against your weight, tried many different ways, only to find your weight up and down... or

5. If you are young, but a little over weight and feel older...
